All items are WYSIWYG - "What You See Is What You Get" - which means these are real pictures of the actual items listed for sale.
All photos are taken under T5 lighting unless otherwise stated. We have also started to include some actinic shots to show you the stunning color contrast.
We take a colony shot through the glass, and then an overhead colony shot and macro shot to give you the best view possible of the coral.
However, colors maybe differ in your own system for many reasons including but not limited to:
- Angle it is viewed at
- Different lighting
- Different water conditions
- Computer monitor settings
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
PAYMENT:
Auction winners are responsible for paying all shipping costs and applicable taxes associated with items that are won on auction. A valid MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover credit card is required to place a bid on any auction item. If you are the successful auction winner, your credit card will be automatically charged when the item ships.
Payment Options: We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover Cards.
SHIPPING:
To improve the likelihood that the coral arrives on a weekday and does not sit at a shipping facility over a weekend, products won on auction will be shipped on either Monday or Wednesday, after payment authorization for the item has been processed. We may also choose to hold the shipment due to inclement weather or other shipping concerns, to ensure the live and healthy arrival of all coral sold. If this is necessary you will be notified via email of the shipment delay and of the new shipping date as soon as we are able to resume shipments.
WE SHIP IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY
The listed shipping charge covers Auction products shipped to the Continental United States ONLY.
We will ship to Street Addresses ONLY.
We cannot ship to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses. We cannot ship to foreign addresses - orders coming to us from these types of addresses will be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED, and items relisted.
Shipping Options: Priority Overnight ONLY
All Items are sent "Signature Required" via UPS or FedEx, If you wish to waive this requirement please send an email to support@aquaticauction.com with the subject "No Signature Required" If you do this it will nullify the Arrive Alive Guarantee.
Shipping Rate: Shipping Rate will be calculated and displayed on "Select Shipping" page BEFORE you place and confirm your final bid.
We only charge our actual cost to ship the item plus a $10 Box fee.
Overnight shipping delivery charges are calculated on the shipping weight of the item unless otherwise indicated in the product's descriptive copy.
We cannot combine orders at this time.
Sales Tax: We are required to collect a 8.25% sales tax on merchandise (including shipping charges) sold and delivered to address in the state of Texas and 8.375 sales tax on merchandise (including shipping charges) sold and delivered to address in the state of Oklahoma.

Arrive Alive Guarantee*:
All corals are shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS. We use heavy duty 2ml plastic bags. We double line everything. For corals that require extra care, we use a 4 bag system. The Styrofoam boxes we use are 1.5". We package your corals to ensure that your corals arrive alive!
All livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive. If there are any health concerns with the livestock, please notify us here within 2 hours of arrival. We strongly advise you to send an email with a digital picture of the corals in question. Please do not worry or wait to talk to someone as we might be busy and your 2 hour window could be in jeopardy. By sending an email, it validates the time sent by the time it was delivered to us. On some occasions, we might need the coral in question shipped back to us. We reserve this right as it may be needed to proceed with your claim. This rarely happens but we wanted to make it clear of this potential step. If the order was late and Fed Ex refunds us the shipping charges, then we will use that credit to re ship your package. Sometimes FedEx will not cover shipping if the delay was weather or mechanical related. In this instance, we will work with individuals on a case by case basis.
*One important thing to note is that we will not be liable for any delay caused by Fed-Ex, UPS or any weather delays once it has left our facility. Although this rarely happens you need to be aware of the potential risk on your part. The boxes will have either Heat Packs or Ice Packs to help keep the temperature sustained while in transit. Whatever the season or need, we will make sure it has the proper pack for the overnight flight.

Important: A valid credit card is required to place a bid on any auction item. If you are the successful auction winner, your credit card will be automatically charged when the item ships. The credit card will be automatically processed to pay for the auction item once the item ships if you are the successful auction winner. Credit Card Orders that are "Declined" will be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED, and items relisted. The name on the auction and credit card must be the same.
Please verify that the Billing Address on file with Aquatic Auction matches the Billing Address on file with your Credit Card Company. The Credit Card Security system will DENY AUTHORIZATION if these two addresses do not match.
Debit Cards are not accepted as a method of verification or payment. To update your credit card information, select My Account and select 'Update Credit Card'.
